Today is another cardio day! And going along with that, we have day 5: Dance it out! By this, I mean start or end your workout with a dance. Or make your entire workout a dance! Read on for some guidance!

The other option is to continue exploring some of the cardio suggestions I introduced a couple days ago. A reminder that those are:
- Shadow Box (or real boxing!)
- HIIT style workout
- Run/walk up and down stairs
- Play a sport!
Just remember to dance at some point today!
Why do I have to dance?!
I suggest dancing because it has the ability to boost mood and increase general feelings of joy and happiness. I understand that it may not be that way for everyone so if you are really against dancing, choose a different outlet that has the same result. Maybe it belting out your favorite song or running down a hill with your arms flailing in the air. Yes, I have done this last one in the past month and it is extremely enjoyable, I promise! Either way, do something that brings you pure and genuine joy without limits.
This is another great opportunity to get to know yourself as well by exploring different ways of achieving this feeling. Explore multiple options – another suggestion is to jump on a trampoline (or bed?) to one of your favorite songs!
